Shipping policy

Shipping Courier - All of our shipments, unless specifically requested, are handled and delivered by Australia Post Expedited Shipping. DHL is available as an option as well, at checkout.

Insurance - Insurance, by default, is at a maximum of $100AUD. Customers will be asked if they would like full insurance, which is handled by our insurance providers, ROUTE. If customers do not request any specific declaration or insurance value, it will default to $100AUD.

Customers may also request to waive insurance. By waiving insurance, the customer understands they nullify any compensation for late, missing or stolen packages, of which TAS NIGHT CORPORATION will take no responsibility to follow up on.

Taxes - Import taxes and customs duties are not covered by us at TAS NIGHT CORPORATION. Taxes and duties, if applicable, are to be fully paid for by the importing party. It is the customers responsibility to understand their local taxes before purchasing.

Export Permits - When a customer purchases a regulated item, they understand and agree to the fact that the item will not ship until an export permit has been granted by Defense Export Controls Office. Refunds made during this time will incur a restocking fee, unless special circumstances apply.
