RETURNS

THERE IS A 7-DAY PERIOD AFTER THE BUYER RECIEVES THE ITEM IN WHICH THEY MAY RETURN IT.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AND MUST PAY A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

THIS FEE DOES NOT APPLY IF THE UNIT IS DEFECTIVE OR OTHERWISE INOPERABLE, SEE MORE INFORMATION BELOW.

If an item has not yet shipped yet the customer requests a refund, 100% of the cost will be returned if the refund is requested within 24 hours. If it is outside of 24 hours, we are only able to return ~95% due to credit card gateway costs which are absorbed when a payment is captured.

WARRANTY

Warranty on our products differ for each item, please make sure to read every product description and check this page regularly, as it is updated frequently.

FULL DEVICES - All of our full night vision monocular, binocular or other builds come standard with a 3 year warranty from purchase date. This warranty does not cover blemishes, or user error.

TUBES - Our NNVT tubes come standard with a 12 month warranty, however for our 'defect' NNVT tubes, we only offer a 6-month warranty.

HOUSINGS - Some housings have a warranty, to see this you should read the product description page, however on our Nocturn Industries and Low Light Innovations products, we offer a lifetime warranty no questions asked.

LENSES - We do not offer any warranty on our lens systems, unless included in a full unit.

THERMALS - For thermals, please inspect the product pages.

Warranty does not cover misuse or negligent damage, only system defects, unless it is a Nocturn or LLI housing, in which case there are lifetime warranties regardless. Spots or blemishes on tubes are NOT a valid warranty claim and will be refused. If your unit has been assembled by us but modified or otherwise disassembled by you, or another vendor, we will not grant warranty claims. If you have assembled a unit using your own components but a housing or tube bought from us, warranty still applies if the above conditions to grant warranty are met.

If the customer has NOT contacted us prior to initiating a warranty claim, yet ships anyway, we will return the item to the sender. The customer must always contact us so we can resolve their issue.
